There are different ways how we can work together
You can take a class with me or join me for a retreat. But maybe you would like to have some one-on-one time to work with me?
In one-on-one sessions we will work either on your meditation practice or with any other “stuck” place in your life where you would like to apply mindfulness and compassion practices to help you regain a sense of ease and wellbeing. This is not therapy, but can be deeply therapeutic and life-changing.

Book a complimentary 15min call. We can get to know each other a little and see if we are a good fit to work together.
If you have taken a class with me or have worked with me before, you can sign up for a free 15min practice check-in every 6 months. We will focus on your meditation practice and fine-tune the instructions.
Short: You can book a 30min session with me, where we laser focus on a particular question you have, either around your practice, how to apply your practice to a current issue in your life or any other issue we have worked on together in the past. We will meet over the phone, Skype or Zoom.
Long: A long session is 60min. Many of my students choose this a couple of times per year to stay on track with their practice or if a specific question comes up. In person in my office in Los Angeles, over the phone, Skype or Zoom.
