Wether you are a new Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher or have already taught for while and want some feedback – I can help. I meet with people in person here in Los Angeles or over the phone or with Skype around the world.
I have been mentoring and supervising mindfulness and MBSR teachers since 2009. First at InsightLA, where we now also offer a year-long Mindfulness Facilitator training, and since 2011 also at the Greater Los Angeles Veteran’s Administration. In the spring of 2013 I was invited by the CFM (see below) to also supervise MBSR teachers through a class series in preparation for their MBSR teacher certification.
I do supervisions in English and German.
Curious about becoming an MBSR teacher?
If you are interested in becoming an MBSR teacher please read the requirements of the Center For Mindfulness (CFM) at UMASS Medical School here first.
If you are already on the certification track for MBSR teachers through the CFM, please contact them first and let them know you want to be supervised by me.
I’m also teaching the 10 week MBSR practicum for aspiring MBSR teachers once or twice a year in Los Angeles.
Please be in touch if you are interested in supervision or mentorship.
