My goal is always realignment- physically, emotionally and spiritually. The philosophy behind my approach is “whoever or whatever heals is right”. As is often the case, what is easily said requires work to achieve, but by blending my background as
a medical doctor with Buddhist and Western psychology, and secular mindfulness, I’ve developed an approach that helps me guide my clients to find ease and a home in their own body and mind.
The opposite of ‘one-size-fits-all’, my approach is built on a foundation of endless curiosity and a fearlessness to explore without being reckless; on my ability to simplify complex or overwhelming topics; to keep things light without dismissing their importance; and to bring humanity, humility, humor and heart to the healing journey – always.
Living wide awake and with love. Learning to embrace the challenges along the way as they make us kinder and stronger. Let’s do this together.

Pain can be overwhelming. We tend to lump everything related to it-stressful thoughts, negative emotions, distracting sensations-into on big, unwieldy box that we struggle to carry all day. But what if we could put down this box, unpack it, and tackle the contents one by one?
Outsmart Your Pain is Dr. Christiane Wolf’s transformative guide to finding relief with mindfulness. Easy, guided meditations reinforce each of her helpful strategies. Foreword by Daniel J. Siegel, MD, New York Times – bestselling author.
